1. Manufacturing:
We have three production facilities in the manufacturing business for each of meat processing, baked sweets and breads, and noodles.
We produce our food in a safe and clean environment with minimal use of food additives based on traditional methods used by master craftsmen in pursuit of traditional home tastes.
2. Restaurants:
We have developed directly managed restaurants based on our original products and imported products to bring authentic flavors to our customers.
3. Merchandising:
We have two delicatessens selling our raw hams and other imported products in central Tokyo. We also distribute through orders received online.
4. Imports:
Kodama represents three long-standing European shops. We have a selection of original imported brands based on our choice of raw hams, wines, cheeses and others.
